As leaders mature, they may feel the urge to rest in a “chrysalis” phase, but unlike butterflies, humans can choose to stay comfortable or continue evolving.
True leadership requires stepping beyond comfort, especially to advocate for others and create meaningful change. Like monarchs that migrate long distances, strong leaders build resilience over time and use their experience to guide and uplift future generations.
