What is Sac(red)?
Sac(red) is a 4-hour seasonal micro retreat built around one simple idea: you are not separate from nature, you are nature and the more you lead in rhythm with the seasons, the harder you are to knock off course.
Each gathering marks a turning point in the wheel of the year. Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall.
Four times a year, you'll have the chance to return: to re-align, re-anchor, and re-remember, one season at a time.
The *SPARK* Method
Every Sac(red) retreat moves you through a four-part rhythm:
S — Stir the Vessel: Gentle movement and breathwork to wake the body up and get you out of your head.
P — Pattern the Season: An honest look at this season's strengths and shadows — what tends to trip you up this time of year, and the strategy to meet it differently.
A — Anchor the Intention: A guided future-casting meditation and Rose Ritual: naming what you're releasing, and what you're calling in.
R — Root It in Ritual; You'll hand-make your own seasonal ritual tool to take home — a physical anchor for the intention you just set.
K — Keep the Circle: Closing in community, nourished — because no woman remembers alone.

Led by Daphny and Victoria — two guides with 30+ years of combined corporate and entrepreneurial experience, now channeled into helping women lead from instinct instead of exhaustion.
Daphny translates emotional and spiritual insight into practical strategy. Victoria makes ancient practices like Kundalini yoga and the Akashic Records usable in ordinary life. Together they've guided women through this exact work across the globe.

This gathering extends the red thread of Magdalene lineage into our time — not as mythology, but as a living model of feminine leadership. Mary Magdalene was a keeper of embodied wisdom, a woman who led through presence, truth-telling, devotion, and radical compassion.
